NICA is a company having its head quarter at Tiher Village, New Delhi.As it is a Private Limited Company . We have divided India in four Zones - North , East, West & South Under Northeast Zone our command office is at Silchar.

The NICA has taken its registration from ROC Under provision company act 1956 which is approved by Ministry of Affairs ( incorporate) Govt. Of India.
We have also taken the membership / DIN / Digital from TATA Consulting Service under Ministry Of Affairs.
